- Name and Address of the property
- Last twenty-four months operating statements
- Current rent roll
- Pictures
- Proposed price and terms

Do You Have a Property for Sale?
We buy properties all across the country. However, we have general acquisition criteria that properties should meet in order to begin a discussion:
- Class "A", "B", or "C".
- Minimum size: 35 apartment units
- Minimum Occupancy: 80%. Will consider lower occupancy if properties are in good locations or have strong value enhancement potential.
- We will consider properties with deferred maintenance if they are in emerging markets, or have strong value enhancement potential.
