The CAP3 Investment Group, LLC was formed in 2002 by Angelia L. Collier, CEO. The original name of the group was Langstone Properties, LLC.
Over the past 8 years, the company has gone from buying single-family homes, to duplexes and four-unit apartment dwellings for cash flow and for long term appreciation. The company also acquires properties 70 percent below after repair value for quick renovation and flipping. The CAP3 Investment Group LLC is in the process of acquiring large multi-family properties.

Angelia L. Collier is the CEO of the CAP3 Investment Group, and a licensed realtor. She has held positions of Director of Budget & Financial Planning at a major university, Deputy Director of Budgeting, and Branch Chief of Budgeting for local city governments.
Colette Brissett is CFO of CAP3 Investment Group. She is an Associate Director in a major economic association.
Pamella Peart is the Managing Director of CAP3 Investment Group. She is also responsible for developing the CAP3 Investment Group presence in the United Kingdom, the location of her management consultant practice.
